aworks operational note :: changing backup services

I have been a loyal customer of the Carbonite backup service since 2006. Unfortunately, as I come to realize the company's relationship with Rush Limbaugh, (MP3 of the radio personality on their site here), it's time to move on. 

As an alternative, I've started to use CrashPlan and it is working well.
