Dream was played by Jenny Lin on her Insomnimania album...I happened to also listen today to the young Frank Zappa playing the bicycle on the Steve Allen show ("Mr. Zoppa, I'm always in favor of enlarging the horizons...of any field of human endeavor")...Cheap Imitation was played on the accordion, which sounds particularly good for this music...The Sonata No. 1 is from an album of Wolpe piano music by David Holzman.
